How do we screen candidates: We have a variety of candidate attraction tools. We not only have access to all leading job boards, but are also able to attract the passive candidate market through our own network, referrals and references. Depending on the type of search , we adopt the relevant methodology and are able to present a shortlist in a fairly short period of time (2-3 days). This shortlist is created by first identifying the candidate, approaching them, understanding their motivations and background, briefing them on the role and establishing the right ‘ culture fit’. We also do formal and informal reference checks on the candidates are able to provide the references to our clients on request.
